All matters relating to the contract entered into between IBELAR S.A. and the Client, as well as any issue arising from or connected with it, shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay. The courts of the city of Montevideo, Oriental Republic of Uruguay, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to interpret and resolve such matters.

Dear client: For proper administrative and accounting management, please note that payments for services provided by IBELAR S.A. will only be considered validly settled when: the client holds an invoice issued by IBELAR S.A., or the deposit or transfer of the corresponding amount into IBELAR S.A.'s official, duly identified bank accounts is confirmed. Any other means of payment or delivery of money that does not meet these conditions will not be considered valid or as discharging the debt, and the service will therefore not be deemed paid or settled.
